Science and technology have been affecting people's lifestyles for decades now, which has now become an irreversible trend.
In order to solve the conflict between new technologies and the body's natural balance of work and rest, I try to use tech-based methods to help people with sleep-related problems.

In modern society, many people do not care about their sleep or suffer from sleeping disorders due to information interference and life pressures.
By studying the factors causing people to sleep later than they should, this project seeks to resolve the negative effects of sleeping late.
Research
According to user interviews and related data analysis, the causes of late sleep can be divided into the following three factors:
1, There are the less healthy types:
The working owl represents the type who sleeps late and gets up early.
The free owl represents the type who sleeps late and gets up late.
2, There are the less healthy types:
Contemporary research found that strong light can produce strong stimulation to the human brain and make it excite easily. Strong light would make people unable to sleep.

Most young people went to bed lately. They don’t have a regular schedule, nor would they feel good the next day if they go to bed lately.

There is always bright light before they go to bed. During the daytime, they merely exercise or get sunshine.

Though they go to bed later, they still get enough sleeping hours. The problem is caused they go to bed too late.

Help to increase the quality of sleep: sun exposure in the morning, sun exposure at noon, reasonable exercise, dark environment
